On Today's ProgramShock video Teens in Polk County Florida were arrested after they plotted to make a popular YouTube video by luring a friend to a house where they forced her to stay while they beat on her----for 30 minutes. The police released a three minute version of the tape and it is very, very disturbing. The girls can be heard cheering on the assailant, and at one point someone yells out 'don't break the shelves'. Even more disturbing is the mom of one of the teen girls---who seems to be defending her daughter because the victim 'shouldn't be talking trash on Myspace'. Read Glenn's comments and watch a clip of the vicious beating here or Insiders can listen here. Mark Steyn Mark wrote one of Glenn's favorite books, 'America Alone', which is now out in paperback, and he talked to Glenn today about this YouTube beating video. What is causing our kids to seek fame through the taped beating of a friend? Glenn and Mark discussed this and much more on todays radio program. Read the transcritpt here, Insiders listen to the audio here. Glenn meets Ventura Glenn had an unfortunate run in during make-up at CNN with former Governor Jesse Ventura. What started with a friendly hello turned into 'I eat people like you'. Turns out Mr. Ventura is one of those who believe the government blew up the World Trade Centers. When Glenn realized this, he reacted in the only way he knew how. Read the transcript here, Insiders listen here. McCain like Reagan? John McCain is always calling himself a Reagan foot soldier, but is he? In the latest issue of Fusion Magazine, there is a three policy analysis that compares Ronald Reagan and John McCain. How does the Maverick stack up against the Gipper? Check out Fusion Magazine to find out. Tonight on TV A Florida high school cheerleader gets the beating of a lifetime from her 'friends'. Why? Because of a posting she made to her "My Space" page. The attackers video-taped the assault and threatened to put it on YouTube. With this Glenn asks 'Is fame more important than humanity for kids today?' Watch tonight at 7pm Eastern only on Headline News.
